All tickets sold to you are sold through MARKUS CINEMA SYSTEM which is operated by BB OPERATIONS LTD.  BB OPERATIONS LTD is a Maltese company bearing company VAT registration number MT2097-692. BB OPERATIONS LTD's registered address is M SPACE, Oscar Zammit Street, Msida. MSD 2918, Malta. All prices stated are inclusive of VAT. 

Purchasing Tickets

1. The client should go to www.bluebox.com.mt

2. If the client is not registered on the system, they would have to press the Log-In button and sign in by creating an account. This is done for identification purposes in case a payment query should arise. All security measures are taken when sorting the client’s information.

3. The client should select the production they would like to purchase tickets for.

4. The client should select the show date and time.

5. The client should select and confirm the section in which they would like to book their seats.

6. The client should select their desired ticket price, if a choice is applicable.

7. The client should select the quantity of tickets they would like to purchase.

5. The client should select the seats they would like in the case of seated events and confirm the seat/s.

6. The client should enter their debit/credit card details.  Once the user submits their debit/credit card details they are committing themselves to the purchase.

8. If the purchase is successful the client will receive their tickets through a link sent via e-mail which they can access and print out. Tickets bought and their respective invoices will also be available on www.bluebox.com.mt through the user’s profile page.

Purchase Policy

bluebox.com.mt sells tickets on behalf of promoters, theatre companies, and individuals. Policies set forth by our clients, such as promoters and theatre companies; prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made. When you receive your tickets via e-mail please keep them to yourself. Also, please be aware if your computer is low on ink.   bluebox.com.mt strives to send the clients their tickets as soon as possible. However, in the rare occasion that you do not receive an email containing your ticket/s, please contact us via e-mail on tickets@bluebox.com.mt or call us on 7979 3737/ 2144 6619. Please include your ticket details, including the name and e-mail address the booking is under. bluebox.com.mt only sends e-tickets to the billing e-mail address of the credit/debit card used. Tickets bought and their respective invoices are also immediately made available on www.bluebox.com.mt through the user’s profile page. 

 

In exceptional but possible circumstances, the events may be cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team or performer for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on whether you are entitled to receive a refund from the responsible party. If the event is moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. Kindly contact us for precise information.   

 

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions contain legal obligations. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing your ticket/s.

 

bluebox.com.mt sells tickets on behalf of the promoter or producer that produces the event for which you buy a ticket. We receive tickets to sell to you from our "Event Promoter". This ticket remains the property of the Event Promoter and may be withdrawn and admission refused at any time upon refunding the printed purchase price.

 

Tickets purchased from unauthorised outlets will be cancelled and customers will be refused entry to the event as well as declined a refund or other form of compensation.

 

A ticket shall not be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, unless formal written permission is given by the Event Promoter, provided that even if such consent is obtained, use of bluebox.com.mt logo and other intellectual property is subject to the consent of bluebox.com.mt   

Except as provided above, this agreement does not create any right enforceable by any person who is not a party to it under the Act, but does not affect any right or remedy that a third party has which exists or is available apart from that Act.

 

Mistakes in tickets cannot always be resolved.  Refunds and cancellations are not possible once tickets have been sold.

 

It is the responsibility of the client to determine whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable actions to notify ticket holders of the cancellation once we have received the relevant authorisation

from the Event Promoter. We do not guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event.

 

Unless indicated otherwise in relation to a particular event, if a performance is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered seats at any rescheduled performance (subject to availability) up to the face value of the tickets or, if the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled performance or the performance is not rescheduled, a refund. Refunds for tickets purchased prior to the date of the original event will be given up to the face value of the tickets purchased plus the booking fee, if applicable. 

 

If an event takes place over several days and only one day is cancelled, a partial refund only may be payable corresponding to the day(s) cancelled. In order to claim your refund, please apply in writing to your point of purchase. You must enclose your unused tickets and comply with any other reasonable instructions of bluebox.com.mt. For accounting purposes your unused tickets must be received within 28 days from the date of the cancelled performance. Unfortunately, unless this paragraph applies, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.

 

This ticket is issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the venue and Event Partner. Breach of any of these Rules and Regulations or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall entitle the venue or Event Promoter to eject you from the venue. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission should the client break the rules and regulations. 

 

The venue may have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.

 

Latecomers will be admitted at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.

 

BB Operations Ltd is not responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen.

 

Tickets are sold subject to the venue or Event Promoter’s right to modify or vary the programme due to circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.

 

The unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited. Tapes or films may be confiscated and destroyed. Laser pens, pets (except guide dogs) and patron's own food and drink are prohibited.

 

Weapons, alcohol, or any illegal substance are prohibited.

 

The venue, Event Promoter and bluebox.com.mt accept no responsibility for any personal belongings.

 

Re-admissions are not possible.

 

The ticket holder has a right only to a seat of a value corresponding to that stated on the ticket and the venue or Event Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the tickets.

 

Ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording as part of the audience.

 

Tickets are restricted to a maximum number per person, per credit/debit card. We reserve the right to cancel tickets without prior notice if they exceed this number.

 

The venue, Event Partner and bluebox.com.mt, shall not have any further liability beyond the face value of the ticket purchased and booking fee, if applicable.

 

You may be asked to show photographic identification when at an event as spot checks may be carried out and if you do not have a copy of the identification of the person who paid for your ticket you run the risk of being sent away from the event.

 

All of these terms and conditions are governed by Maltese Law and any disputes arising out of any transaction with bluebox.com.mt are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese Courts.
